I guess what’s really interesting to me is a few game demos ranked on the list (Mirror’s Edge, Too Human, Force Unleashed), where the full game didn’t even make it in the top 20.
It’s also really interesting to see GTA 4 and Call of Duty 4 over-rank Gears of War 2. I just don’t think either of those games have the multiplayer options or modes that Gears of War 2 brings. Also, what’s up with Halo 3 making it onto the top of the list? That game didn’t even come out in 2008, and in my opinion, it’s not even that awesome of a game. There have been other excellent Live games that came out this year that deserve more notice than they received…Left 4 Dead for example. Left 4 Dead was one of the best Xbox Live enabled games that came out in 2008 in my opinion, where is L4D on that list? Forza, Battlefield, and Madden made it…but Left 4 Dead didn’t?! I call shenanigans!
It is good to see Castle Crashers, Braid, and Kingdom for Keflings at the top of the arcade downloads, all three of those are great games and are the top three best games on the Xbox Live Arcade in my opinion.

Call of Duty 4 is pretty addicting, though. You can get experience points and level up your guy to earn new pieces of equipment and better guns.
